Call rates gone up? Can you be more specific?

Hotlink Plan is not the cheapest but it's the right balance between all the old plans - Total, Easy, Talk and SMS plans.

That should be 20 days I assumed.

Hotlink upgraded and revamped their "My Hotlink". Have to re-register my old account.

What kind of random SMSes from Hotlink? Example?

Yesterday received a SMS from Hotlink to reload a minimum of RM 10 in order to free RM 5 airitme.

Anybody received SMSes from 62002? I want to unsubscribe it!

I can login but cannot view the e-statement. The error message I got is:

The Server is not able to service this request: [Server:002623]Connection rejected, the server is in the RUNNING state. I notice that the website is a little slow in loading.

Try call 1300 820 120 ... Hotlink CS.

I try to click on Report Fault or Feedback. These links somehow require a login with your username and password.

Some said if you're using Hotlink plan, then your validity period for RM 10 topup is 10 days. Not sure for those who are still using old plans like Easy and Total.

Usually report delivery will be disabled during eves of any festival.

Besides, you could also encounter network congestion and late SMS delivery too.

I thought it's instant. No more need to reload RM 30 in order to enjoy that rate, right?

I'm having the same idea as the CS too all the while. Only the new Hotlink plan is entitled to enjoy call rate of 36cents/min upon reloading RM 30 and above. Somehow, somebody condemned that it's applicable to all plans.
