How would anyone approve a fish farm in a water supply location?

A fish farm means the fish are fed and when it shits.... into our water source.
A fish farm avoid losing stock will feed antibiotics... which will leech into water source.
A fish farm over crowded are going to have dead carcasses... no one cleans water source.

What to do, MY vote for such MP / government so everyone live with the consequences everyday.
