QUOTE(sonicbull @ Aug 6 2020, 03:16 PM) Hi everyone. How's the battery life for you? My oppo with 4k mAh battery also, manage only around 4 hours on screen time with power save on, now battery life left 33%. Bad... Which model? Oppo usually has pretty aggressive power management features but you’ll have to access the settings for individual apps and disable the background power consumption. Also, if your phone is older, that could be a factor too. The battery life of the SE is mediocre at best, going through most reviews. I would look at maybe iPhone XR or 11 if battery life is important to you.

QUOTE(sonicbull @ Aug 7 2020, 12:28 PM) Dang, all these keeping up of features is a chore. F11 pro. I checked my apps are under 'smart restriction' of background running. For SE can slap in a battery case, and still it's slimmer overall haha Hahaha, yeah, you could do that My previous phone running on Oppo ColorOS, I disallowed non-essential apps from running in the background completely and that helped a lot. Anyways, the F11 Pro also is running on an older Mediatek processor so maybe it's not that efficient too.

QUOTE(celciuz @ Aug 10 2020, 04:37 PM) My company provided me with an iPhone SE2 for work usage, and I installed an new RhinoShield TG and exactly like what is shared here I have both sides with the bubble. Eventually I kinda left it overnight, and kepit with the clothes drying clips. It reduced but wasn't perfect. Then my Spigen Thin Fit arrived, but unfortunately it popped the TG off . So I placed an order for another TG, this time is a much cheaper but seller mentioned sourced from same factory in Taiwan making for Hoda. This fitted much better with minor bubble at the edge, what I did again kepit overnight and now its gone yay! Oh regarding the earlier RhinoShield TG that had bubble on the edges, I then placed it on my parent's iPhone 8 and it was fitted correctly, I am starting to think is it my SE2's screen warped or some sort. I have one Spigen Thin Fit, which doesn't work with these full screen protectors... would the Spigen Air Fit work with one of these full screen protectors? Although phone is company give, but the metal body is kinda slippery, besides I don't use my iPhone naked so not used to it lah. Searching through the thread I saw this piece of info too... Good info! This is interesting...I naturally assumed that all accessories for iPhone 8 would fit the SE2 but it looks to be not the case for the tempered glass.

QUOTE(celciuz @ Aug 11 2020, 08:28 AM) I suspect the SE2 glass isn't flat across, might have a very slight curvature which causes the edges to bubble. And likely only the thinner glass SP is able to conform to the shape. The first RhinoShield is much thicker while the second Hoda OEM is thinner. Is there a brand for the Hoda OEM? Might be helpful to other owners

QUOTE(celciuz @ Aug 11 2020, 08:37 AM) I have used Hoda TG once, on my wife's Xs this felt similar. My brother using this on his 11 as well, coverage is similar to Xs, not exactly full which is good lah better case compatibility. My TG had issues on the edge, the seller actually offered to refund but not his fault since the SE2 was having issue with RhinoShield as well but the same TG put on iPhone 8 no problem. https://shopee.com.my/product/105657360/4417071689Ya, I used Hoda for my iPhone XR previously and now on my wife's 11 Pro Max, it's great but a bit pricey. I've got zero skills in tempered glass application, so usually I bring it to a shop to get it done for me

QUOTE(celciuz @ Aug 11 2020, 10:31 AM) You might like this one then, it comes with a template (though I find it easier to install without the template). So far those template for me is usable for those UV activated glue type cause you can fine tune adjust inside before curing. Sounds like a good deal for RM39

QUOTE(engseng @ Nov 20 2020, 10:30 AM) Current boxes don't have the charger and earphones like the iPhone 12? All new iPhones manufactured from October 2020 onwards. I’d imagine if you find some older stocks it will still have the EarPods and charger.

QUOTE(Chrono-Trigger @ Feb 2 2021, 10:41 PM) It will be hot again after apple slashes price of iPhone se later this year They won’t officially reduce the price unless there’s a replacement, which I highly doubt so. We’ll see.

QUOTE(Netto Hikari @ Feb 23 2022, 09:45 PM) SE2020 battery life really drop so fast, compared to iphone 6s did they use a weaker battery on a budget iphone? The SE is meant for light users I suppose - like our elderly parents or grandparents It’s a 1821 mAh battery - that’s probably OK for the iPhone 6S back in 2015 but it’s kinda unforgivable in 2020 no matter how efficient they claim the processor to be.
