my apartment has been stop the construction works since march.. almost completed

i've met the developer.. and blaming the MBSA because of the septic tank issue..
they only can resume the work as soon as on jan 08..

is it true..? can i check with MBSA on this matter to double check? or they just put on the blame to MBSA..

I think u can check by provide some details about the project.Off course MBSA have all info,the project suspended or developer got problem.

just my 2 cents.Correct me if i'm wrong.

well it damai apartment subang 2 (bandar pinggiran subang)

i manage to get the group of buyer.. so this Wednesday they are going to meet Dato' Mokhtar Dahlan together with developer, MBSA, IWK , worldwide (another developer near by ) and banker regarding this issue..

they have two option to present.. one group will try to sell back the unit to developer and another group is going to keep it

the issue is (as per their visit to the site on last Friday) is that the apartment is without the sewage system.. no tank, pond .

the total cost to built it is 10mill (damn).. and time required is at least 24 month.. (from jan 08)

well.. the problem is that.. the apartment should be start the construction on 2001 (mmmm)..

the way i see it, if the project is no longer potential, discard it if 1st option is possible....
