There is no valid reason why nvidia will release such card with that specs, at the given date. No one will do that.

chasing technology is never end, especially in Graphic Card part I would say, the upgrade is too frequent compare to Proc, RAM and so on

Wow, 8900 or 8950 haven't release 9800 will be released on Q4 2007. It's so fast and ATI just can't chase with this speed.

I doubt that Nvidia are still planning to release 8900 or 8950.
There are not really much news about it. Even that article that Goliath764 is quite old.
But the 9800 are really tempting, just their price can burn a hole on your wallet.

the high end 8 series are quite fine.
Just that 8600 and below can't cope.

i personally think tat 8 series was a test bed... juz like 6 series... but i wouldn't be surprised if it's powered by Intel...
