Placed my order on 27th March and its been 3 days overdue but until now the item still hasn't been picked up by Lex.Always use MCO as excuses everytime I ask for update.

They have deleted the review section because there too much comments about why people getting it in days while other are still waiting for weeks.

Are you in the red zone areas? Your order is on-hold, delays or unable to deliver most probably because of delivery services companies even Lazada (LEX) does not deliver orders to a red zone area.

I have seen Lex dispatcher visiting my Condo during MCO duration.


I will just refund as soon as electronic stores open on 15th

delivery guy told me pos is now recruiting more contract delivery guy. +RM1 for every item u can deliver.

Ordered on 27/3 still not handed over to lex yet. Other orders i made after that all received/waiting to be delivered.

Only this one stuck.

ayam item stucked from 25/3... wtf..

I kena juga.. one item, the item didnt reach to delivery company/delivery company didnt pickup from the seller, ultimately, the seller drop the item himself to the delivery company, then it started to progress.
2nd item, still stuck till now.. i suspect the same thing happens.
Weirdly, all other items ordered afterward already reach my house.

Same issue, order supplements from one of biggest pharmacy chain. 4 days overdue, still not pick up even though got stock and continues to sell same item. Lazada and seller keep saying will ship out, same copy and paste answer every time.

Nevertheless, it's better not to do any ordering online if really not necessary, as there is a risk receiving a parcel at this time that the packaging could be contaminated with the Covid-19 virus.
