I kena juga.. one item, the item didnt reach to delivery company/delivery company didnt pickup from the seller, ultimately, the seller drop the item himself to the delivery company, then it started to progress.
2nd item, still stuck till now.. i suspect the same thing happens.
Weirdly, all other items ordered afterward already reach my house.
