arts and design is very large scope. need to be more specific. however, in malaysia, the industry is not big. most big companies even prefer to hire foreigners. and locals also value foreign arts more than local ideas. with no proper career guide, you might end up as desktop artist rest of your life.How is the design industry in Malaysia nowadays?
