Where can I get the password phrase if I don't have access to my Bursa CDS statement (eStatement and printed statement)?

My brokerage firm is from CGS i-trade.

My broker asked to call Bursa Malaysia.
What a expected answer from him like we all had expected that the MCO is going to be extended by another 14 days.

Check your emails for any past transaction invoices from your broker or Bursa statement.
Your CDS number should be there.

It's not about the CDS account number.
It's the Password Phrase printed in the CDS statement from Bursa Malaysia.

I don't see a password phrase on my Bursa statement. Only CDS number.
IIRC, Bursa Anywhere didn't ask for any password phrase but they sent a TAC to my phone. So the password phrase should the TAC.

I was able to find back my old printed statement.

May i know whats the function of this app ?
Can it be use for stock trading ?

Sorry if this is an old topic. I also try to reactivate my CDS acc using bursa app but could not find the pw phrase in the statement. I'm using cgs itrade. The oldest statement that I have dated Jan 2019. Where did you find the pw phrase in the statement?

You need the printed statement from Bursa Malaysia not from i-trade.
The password is printed nearby the header section.

Same problem here..

Bursa anywhere app only can link with direct CDS account. My account just created recently, you need to go maybank investment bank to apply for new account and it takes around 2 months for approval. But i still not yet completed, they ask for my latest payslip.
