Where can I get the password phrase if I don't have access to my Bursa CDS statement (eStatement and printed statement)?

I would like to register for above app but it needs password phase.
Where can I get the password phrase if I don't have access to my Bursa CDS statement (eStatement and printed statement)? |

My broker asked to call Bursa Malaysia.
 What a expected answer from him like we all had expected that the MCO is going to be extended by another 14 days. |
