Just wondering a friend told me government allow unpaid leave and salary reduction even with the psu (will this cause any issue with application?). So company can legally drop salary of maybe say 5k to 4k to enjoy this benefit? Thanks

Psu was not signed previously as they didn't qualify. But the system still insist on signing that condition even though government already said they allow negotiation between employer and employee. So possible to negotiate or not? Thanks
