the updated syarat-syarat permohonan is as below:-




so if you have less than 75 pax employees in your company, as long as you have:-

- registered with SSM before 1st Jan 2020
- operating before 1st Jan 2020
- have PERKESO / SIP for your employees before 1st Apr 2020

you can claim up to RM1,200 per employee that's earning below RM4,000 for 3 months (eg 50 employees earning below RM4,000, you'll get RM1.2k x 3 months x 50 employees = RM180,000 in government subsidies)

For those who have more than 75 employees, then you'd need an extra syarat, you'll need to prove that you have lost 50% or more in profits since January or the months after in order to get the government subsidy

The applications will run from today til 15th Sep 2020, and approved companies will enjoy 3 months of income subsidies until Dec 2020, from the date their applications are approved.

The documents that you need for the applications are:-

i. Senarai nama pekerja (mengikut had kelayakan saiz perusahaan)
ii. Maklumat akaun bank majikan (Salinan muka depan Penyata Bank sahaja)
iii. Maklumat Business Registration Number (BRN) yang didaftarkan oleh majikan ketika pembukaan akaun bank seperti di 5 (ii) di atas. Sila rujuk pihak bank;
iv. Salinan pendaftaran SSM / ROS / ROB / pihak berkuasa Perkhidmatan Profesional, Saintifik atau Teknikal / Lesen Perniagaan
v. Akuan Pengisytiharan PSU50
vi. **Dokumen sokongan seperti penyata kewangan atau laporan jualan yang telah disahkan oleh pihak pengurusan atau lain-lain dokumen berkaitan.

Q: Hello, I wish to ask if Pengenalan Bank Panel is Form 9. Then the salinan SSM is what? Is it the company profile?
A: if your ssm registration is F9, ID bank could be F9 as well, depends on which documents recognised for your panel bank for account registration.

Q: What is the application process like?
A:
1. provide all the details and attach the forms in the respective sections in prihatin.perkeso.gov.my then click Hantar. it will take up to 10 minutes for the upload to finish (don't worry and wait, unless you kena page error, then you need to do again)
2. they will bring you to a confirmation page where you agree to all the terms and conditions and declare that all the info you provided are true, then you click Hantar again
3. you will get a confirmation that the application has successfully been sent, and you'll get this line: Permohonan telah berjaya dihantar. Untuk semakan permohonan pihak tuan/puan boleh menggunakan Nombor Rujukan berikut : xxxxxx

Wah I wonder those who got 76 to 80+ workers sure kicking themselves lor...

I think they will make those workers 'disappear' to get the 75 worker benefits.

23. Syarikat saya mempunyai pekerja warganegara Malaysia dan juga pekerja bukan warganegara tetapi belum mendaftar dengan PERKESO. Bolehkah saya mendaftar dengan PERKESO dan memohon Program Subsidi Upah bagi pihak pekerja warganegara Malaysia sahaja?

• Boleh. Majikan perlu mendaftar atau mencarum terlebih dahulu dengan PERKESO sebelum mengemukakan permohonan Program Subsidi Upah. Permohonan ini hanya layak untuk pekerja warganegara Malaysia sahaja. Majikan juga perlu mengisytihar jumlah bilangan pekerja warganegara Malaysia dan pekerja bukan warganegara**.
**Nota: Definisi Saiz Perusahaan adalah berdasarkan jumlah bilangan pekerja warganegara Malaysia DAN bukan warganegara

so its it possible to register perkeso for new worker and claim ?

what do you mean? add more workers into your company then claim? yea you can apply first also, then after that if you have new employees, you just update your employee list into the system


9. Bagi permohonan Program Subsidi Upah bulan berikutnya, adakah majikan perlu mengemukakan permohonan yang baru bagi tuntutan yang seterusnya?
• Majikan tidak perlu mengemukakan permohonan Program Subsidi Upah yang baru bagi tuntutan kedua dan ketiga. Walau bagaimanapun, majikan dikehendaki mengemaskini perubahan maklumat bagi tuntutan kedua dan ketiga sekiranya berlaku apa-apa perubahan kepada status perniagaan atau bilangan pekerja yang layak melalui sistem. Kegagalan majikan tidak melaporkan perubahan tersebut boleh dikenakan tindakan undang-undang

Hmm just wondering any idea why the syarat making losses is not applicable for below 75 workers? I know quite a few small companies profit damn high and squeeze employee to the max. (E.g. design firms, consultation)

Where as some bigger sized companies have huge manpower but profit margin not necessarily as high (e.g small factory, food processing)

Thankful but still curious.

means if i submit application in May i wont entitled for April? or the fund is for 3months wages from approved date.

eg; i submit in may, i get JUNE, JULY, AUGUST?

the "until dec" clause is because the deadline is in Sep, so it would only apply for slowpoke companies who applied late to get the Oct / Nov / Dec subsidy
