How to prove that they are actually paying their workers? I'm pretty sure many will diam-diam makan and pay way less than what's given to them.

Just wondering a friend told me government allow  unpaid leave and salary reduction even with the psu (will this cause any issue with application?).  So company can legally drop salary of maybe say 5k to 4k to enjoy this benefit?  Thanks

Those who mention about taking away the money and not paying --
Socso actually do random check payment record to employees, not that often but possible to encounter that once in every few years. 6
If they selected you + selected that particular months where payment not tally then u get into trouble.
I dig out an old email from perkeso, they req to check payment record.

So...conclusion is, if you cannot commit to their 6 months requirement, don't steal the subsidy money, better choose unpaid leave, take RM600 and pay them RM600, this is a cheaper solution, because you don't have to commit 6 months.

If I understand from the earlier posts, the BRN refers to the company number issued by the SSM. But is this the new (current) company number or the prevailing (old) company number used during the opening of the bank account?

i want to ask..if lets say my has been working for me less than 1 year... salary is rm 1,1000 without epf socso...salary is paid in cash...can i apply for his programme?

i checked over the net already but there's no link on how to apply, but from what i can gather, the RM3,000 grant will be given to all micro SME's (a micro-SME is defined as a company with sales turnover of less than RM300,000 or employs less than five people) as long as their companies are registered with LHDN

Hi I wanna ask if currently my staff salary is 4.5k can i adjust their salary to 4k and 500 transport allowance. Will this qualify for the subsidy? Or consider their gross salary is 4.5k? Thanks in advance

Hi, I do not register with SSM as my company is enterprise. So I do not have the SSM document or boring 9. What do I use to replace the SSM document or borane 9? Is the small B5 sized business certificate Business Names Ordinance or Business, Professional & Trades Licensing Ordinance the rm25 license certificate considered acceptable or not as I do not understand what is the local PBT certificate refers to. Thank you
