So, with wage subsidy, say min worker wage RM1200, then kena do EIS/SOCSO contribution macam biasa, and also EPF contribution 13% from employer side.
But i keep seeing PERKESO cakap up untuk membantu majikan, they did not detail MESTI bagi pekerja or things like that, banyak grey area. Duit masuk majikan, not employee.
So kalau extend lagi, either employee kena resign sendiri, or majikan pay full the rest for min 3 months. Advatage of the ERP is RM600, no pay EPF SOCSO EIS, then ada method of removing manpower if business after MCO not bagus. Kena balance the two.
