See the issue there? 6) Higher assessment, Indah water, Commercial rates (Can not be converted to residential tariff because the property title is commercial non HDA. 7) It is leasehold. 8) If you want to buy into Hartamas / Dutamas area, better look at Plaza Damas (Commercial with HDA). 9) Arte Mont Kiara is NOT Mont Kiara. Etc etc. |
