Now is the 7th of April & my employer still didn't pay my salary. I tried calling them & sending them SMS but no reply. It's like they are ignoring me on purpose.

Shall I report this to labour office?

Talk to your hr first before you report to labour dept.

then it's hard for you to proof ur point to the labour dept. if u have epf deposited.
best for u to seek clarification from hr first.
