Guys, same thing goes here, 2 year contract suddenly change to 3+1 yeah, u need 1 year prior notice before need to cut their line, some more always simply charge, this and that, bla bla bla. Really super angry. I suggest we group together and Cheong to their company, we are all victims, I also lodge the report to mcmc, but seem useless.

I suggest we open a whatapps group, and pull all the victim in. Collect evidence and straight away Cheong to their company.
The agent name Buffy and he is a agent of Neptune Voice Sdn Bhd, also known as Pinggir armada/Avista inc.
they are a internet provider company. very irresponsible guys and company, false information and cheat customer to sign their contract and simply charges customer(their monthly bill often have a lot unknown number even I dint use the phone to call out)
when all the thing happen, want him to solve play disappear, call to their company always no response... but never missed to collect the money & penalty for late payment.
Recently feeling want to stop their service and they told the contract is 36+12 month, which is a 4 year contract, but actually the agent told us the contract is 2 year before we sign the contract.
If want to terminate their services, they mention need to pay all the month left, as the example, if the monthly fee is RM169, after 1 year u want to terminate their service, you need to pay back the rest of another 3 year which mean RM169x36(month), at least 6k plus to terminate their services.
i feel being cheated and that will i write the complain here. not only me have this problem, after i did some research, i found out the company review in google is bad, and research for more deeper, found there is more victim like me, some even worse with 300 month contract, i think quite a number of people lodge the report already.
Add on more, this is how I starting their services:
In 14th September of 2018, i was planning to move my shop to new place, and that time, got a Malay walk in and mention he is from TM wanted to check my TM bill, i though he is really from TM so i open the bill and let him to check, after he check my bill, he told me the amount of my bill is very high, and suddenly he mention he actually is from maxis, then he starting to introduce me his plan, he told me if I’m interested in it, he will ask his upline to contact with me to let me know more detail about it. And then he left.
Within half an hour, another 2 Chinese guys walk in together, one of them name buffy and they started to introduce their plan and push me to sign with them because they mention their plan better with good rate. That time I mention i don’t want to change because i want to use back TM and i plan to ask TM about whether can use back my current office number in my new shop, then the guys (buffy) straight away told me the phone number cannot be use back if you move it to other shop, some more guarantee me 100% cannot use back the same office number.
That time im asking some question about how can I paid their services and they told me I can go any maxis centre to made the payment, and how long will be the processing time for installation of internet services in my new shop, and the guy(buffy) told me after I pay the deposit to them, he say confirm within 1 week after I move my shop can help me settle all and done the installation.
Therefore, i only decide to sign the internet with them, in the same day which is 14th of September 2018, he collect RM100 deposit with me on the spot and he say he say will collect another RM470 deposit after the device is come, the total of deposit is RM570. Just to be clear another RM470 I pay them with cash in 4th October.
I contact them in 1st of October 2018 and ask them when will come for the installation, but no response/reply, I thinking its ok drag a little because I plan to install the CCTV and then only ask them to come for the installation. Then the thing drag until 9th of November 2018 still no response/reply from buffy, I contact them again and I was really angry as they already affected my office schedule.
Then he only reply me and told me currently got no port in my area, need to use WVB, wireless broadband first, im ok with it to use the wiresless broadband first, but after a week of using the wireless broadband, they collect back the device and then I don’t have internet to use again.
I was angry about it and I request for a refund with them and they mention yes, it can be refund because its their problem. However, until 27th of December 2018 I still haven receive my deposit back and once again I message him and he told me help me to check. Just a add on, within that time of period, im actually calling to update about the refund of my deposit but he always mention to me have to wait.
After the reply from him of 27th of December, he starting to play disappear, no pick up call, no reply my message until 3rd of March, I really super angry about and luckily I found his Instagram picture and send to him, I told him if u continue to play disappear I will post his picture to internet/facebook and expose how he handle my case, straight away, he reply my message by sending me his company email address and ask me to follow up with them.
I email to the company but no response, then I calling many times and finally a malay lady pick up, I asked about how is my refund and she also told me the same thing, still in the process. Then after a long time, still no response/reply from them, so I calling them again about how is the update, but suddenly they told me their company don’t have refund policy. i’m asking where is buffy and they told me he is currently in japan. The malay lady told me she is fully in charge in the case, if I want the deposit back, must continue to use their services, after 2 year contract finished, the deposit only able to refund.
They use this kind of tactic to make me stay with them, I cannot do anything and accepted it. However, the monthly bill often haven unknown number call out and they simply charge it on my bill. Called to ask always no response. That all the case here.
