I'm not sure about this but temp is the factor my cores fail during prime95 test. I need to let up my casing side window open, or it will rise to 80'c-85'c during prime and fail in few mins.
Its quite stable at 75'c 100% cpu load.
Time for WC maybe...but lazy to setup, I rather have aircond instead
