Hi, I am unemployed and have not worked in Malaysia for 6 years because I was studying abroad. Living with retired parent. Recently moved back, I cannot find information about whether unemployed citizens can receive BPN of 800 (single earning under 2k because no job). Am I eligible for BPN? How do I register if I do not have a income tax number? I cannot register in LHDN because I don't have an employer so what are my options? :) Thank you.
