No problem, try to apply "rayuan" again on 3 April 2020. Then, we will see...

Until they let you access "Permohonan Baru", mean your rayuan is successful and now you are applying for BPN. After applied BPN, need to wait the process again...

Once you update your personal information and bank detail at LHDN, it should be no problem.

BPn website data itself, cannot be update or change.
BPN is also based on LHDN website, government will transfer money to you, based on your information in LHDN.
Strange, after you applied BPN "Permohonan Baru", then it should show "Permohonan Diterima" instead.

Try login BPN account, then check BPN status with BPN account still logged in.

Are you "rayuan" for yourself? Or doing this for married couple?
You don't to wait for SMS from 62000 or email, it will probably never come...

You can always check your BPN status on the website.

Screenshot the LULUS page or "Paparan Maklumat BPN 2020" (you need BPN account to see) as proof / evidence.

If all failed,
You probabaly need wait for approval first, I don't know how long they will take...

Otherwise, you need bring IC copy, salary / pay slip, birth cert, better to bring these relevant document, then go to LHDN office. This is your best bet, if the status is still show that.

Keep check your BPN status after few days.

Thanks for the FB link, however the post only came out yesterday, where most of the people already appeal before that.

Now only stated include bonus. Well... too late already submitted. 

Do whatever they want, the fact is we do not wish to cheat or lie just they do not publish the details at the first place. Keep all the prove if being question, include my appeal date.
