If my parents fall under B40 , but never get any BSH before this how to register?

Before that got BRIM.

Did you manage to appeal , if yes how ? My parents have the same problem as well i just checked their status . No rayuan button and also the email got automated response too.

Anyone knows how to appeal when BPN 1 FASA 1 failed with this reason "Tidak layak kerana pemohon / pasangan mempunyai syarikat berdasarkan data
agensi (SSM). Walau bagaimanapun, pemohon boleh memohon Geran Khas
Prihatin (GKP) melalui https://gkp.hasil.gov.my jika berkelayakan."


BPN 2.0 also refer to this and there is no rayuan button on the website and the email to rayuanbpn@hasil.gov.my also give automated response that adds no value. .

Can you point me where the rayuan pfd file is downloaded from ? I can only permohonan baru for BPN 2.0.

The nearest for me is Cheras LHDN , planning to drop by Thursday if possible but trying to call them before i go . So far they are not picking up the phone.
I read somewhere can give the form to HQ, Cawangan or the one in UTC as well.

I just called LHDN they said can submit in Cheras branch, also they suggest to fill up the Borang Permohonan Baru . Incase you are going i suggest you to fill up both the Borang Rayuan and Borang Permohonan Baru cause you wont know what the counter guy says.

Hi i had the same issue but i didnt need to go to SSM. If the company is already clsoed or terminated, you just need to print out the company status or termination from the MY DATA portal in SSM . https://www.mydata-ssm.com.my/

There is some charges to it . Print it out and submit it with the borang permohanan/rayuan to LHDN. No need to go SSM provided the company or business in the SSM side is already close or terminated but LHDN didnt update their side then you can do this online .

You can call SSM service number tomorrow as well if you need more details on this.
