You can check at LHDN STR2026 website. There a STR 2025 link where you can check your STR 2025 phase 4 details.

on the STR main page > https://bantuantunai.hasil.gov.my/#testimonials i log in it and on the Status Kelayakan SARA

it says "TIADA REKOD" , but Status Permohonan STR Permohonan Diterima

Your STR this year 2025 under bujang category is it..?

When your STR 2026 status pemohonan LULUS then your SARA status will also change.

I redo permohonan baru to continue STR2026, nothing changed it seems

But when I try to redo permohonan for my mom's existing STR, it just straight away lead me to login page (and stated permohonan diterima)

I try to login but seems my PW are incorrect. Not mine but for my mom FYI.

My mom got it for few yrs i oredi so not sure need to reapply onot and i cant login to my mom acc as my PW weirdly wrong.

Just received STR2025 fasa 4. RHB Bank.

But the problem is i'm the one who help her applied last time, but i nvr heard of the question nor did i set the question pun.

So not sure i really forgot or what since many yrs ago.

Now im really stucked. So if no need to reapply then no issue. If really need to reapply i hailat...

Maybe you haven't kemaskini your mom akaun for 3 years already hence soalan keselamatan come out.

The main thing is you or your mom can get access to STR2026 website as you need to check whether status permohonan di terima or not. If di terima then no need any kemaskini. If not or just blank then need to re apply again.

In order to get into STR2026 website you need ID (your mom IC) and password. If everything in order normally it will bring straight to the website dashboard. In your case click at terlupa kata laluan and soalan keselamatan will be asked.

If you failed to answer it then your mom need to make permohonan baru in order to gain into STR2026 website.

Didn't check before updating, I redo mine few weeks ago since they website mentioned need to redo before 2026

After redo the diterima notice is there but it has been there all the time no?

Change to tiada rekod edi. Maybe need to wait for STR 2026 approval first. See later on Jan 1st whether change or not as STR 1st fasa will be Feb/Mar while SARA start on Jan 1st.
