so many month ok, now suddenly system cannot work? This month not even got a lot of new account add-on. If this crash happen on Apr then understandable because that time suddenly increase so much account. Now should stable already dunno why this happen. Like that if near end of Dec sure system down again. That time all ppl want to finish all the amount in the card.

There's rumours going on that system gotten hack something....

That's why they're doing emergency "maintenance" now....

That PADU dunno secure or not. That one is the most value for hacker and scammer.
This system easily get hacked and they still want to implement RON95 using mykad. If same thing happen, all people have to pump expensive RON95 on that time. This SARA you still can put things back come to buy at other day but car no fuel cannot run and must pump expensive price on that time.

Don't know what actually happened... That's what many said...

Hopefully they learned the mistake & increase the security for all systems...

This MyKasih down also got many people furious with the government.... socmed fill with people frustrated over this thing.....

I think starting this month SARA been combined with eKasih. Before this it was separate.. right? Many account will get one time lump sum payment. That's what i heard lar.

No worries... will only shop in a middle or end of the month.

I think many are not aware of the changes in the SARA (Sumbangan Asas Rahmah) program.

Initially, this program was for registered people with the welfare department. Starting in April, those who were eligible for STR (Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah), a cash aid program, are also eligible for SARA.


In SARA program, the money is linked to your MyKad and paid monthly, from April till December 2025. It can only be used to buy approved grocery items in specified shops/hypermarkets.

The items would be tagged SARA on the shelves and payment counters would be marked with SARA signs.

During payment (at the cashier counter), the items would be scanned twice. Once for approval by SARA, and once for the item's price.

If buying both SARA eligible and not eligible items, you need to separate them and do 2 separate payments.

For the SARA eligible items (which cover a very wide range of food stuff but not fresh produce), you hand over your MyKad first before price scanning.

The bill were be deducted from the balance amount in the MyKad. See below receipt...
