Im helping my brother to apply BPN M40. When signup it shows the amount diluluskan RM1000 but when i check paparan, the whole info is just empty with only bank info which is agro bank. For info they never applied for br1m/bsh before. Income tax payers.

If u got both Email lulus & BPN semak status Lulus, it means its done no need to register

Of all the semak status page it seems this page best to check ur status:

If Lulus n show the amount, straight check ur Email if LHDN confirmation Lulus (must get both Lulus)

I got the email saying that I'll be receiving BPN and I don't have to apply for it. I filed 2019 income tax (2018 year assessment) with income of <RM48k per annum. For 2020 income tax (2019 year assessment), my income is >RM48k per annum, but have yet to file it due to system glitch i.e my TAC comes in 2 hours later, hence can't submit application. My question is, what do I do? Am just worried/thinking that the government might ask for the money back after disbursing it to me upon my income tax submission. But again, my epf should have some sort reflected my income and yet they didn't catch that......

This is bug or system error.

Are you trying login or when register account?
If the page goes blank, you turn back previous page if you are register
if login, just refresh the page.

No. If you want to see the "Paparan Maklumat BPN 2020", after you login, the following page is actually "Paparan Maklumat BPN 2020".

Maklumat Waris is your Will, like writing a will.
Maklumat Anak is not necessary or mandatory to fill in.
