if take air asia to hnd, ur choice is either stay at the airport seat until 5am or can go other nearby hotel near the airports. Some of the hotels do offer free shutter bus but will have to depend on the timetable. My bro last week stay at hotel mystays haneda and he missed the shutter bus but he took taxi to the hotel the fare i think not even 1000 yen, also the front desk is 24/7 and at least you have a place to stay. One option is to stay at capsule hotel in terminal 1 but that place always full so.. Inside terminal 3 there's another hotel as well call royal park but very expensive. Another option is to sit at a cafe near the arrival hall toilet which they operate i think 24/7? But need to order smtg to eat and drink
