Just wondering I dont hear any local travel agent promoting their group tour to Japan since only tour group are able to visit japan now.

I only recall JTB Malaysia have a "send message" box for custom group enquiry while HIS is just promoting local tours

I see, I guess their govt also have the "Lek lu, Sap kok lu" mindset.

From my understanding the transit traffic to US/Europe via HND/NRT seems to be good due to the fact other market are quite restrictive (eg Hong Kong & Taipei) since they are not so strict about allowing transit pax through.

Hahahaha, to be honest the Airside of NRT seems to be not much to do. I am speaking from my previous experience when I flew MH/JAL. I not sure how the other terminal where All Nippon was operating. Heck even their landside/terminal area where ANA operating out have more stuff (but I am not sure how about their Airside) then the other terminal laugh.gif

I dont mind if to fly there just to lepak on airside and sapu some of the tokyo banana before flying back not sure how people will react when saw your ticket flying to and fro within few hours apart brows.gif

Narita are better currently. More international Flight comes in & out with very little passenger, mostly are Japanese. Alot shop still remain closing & non of any souvenir shop are opening at moment (June experience)

Haneda Airport until today just 3 International Flight In & Out every one hour & Narita Airport currently 7 International Flight In & Out every 1 hour

Give you a Idea, Narita Airport Golden Peak time was every one hour 15-18 International Flight In & Out

I remember in terminal 2, there this one big ass store selling chocolates/makan item opposite of Akihabara shop right before the walkway to satellites gates, are they still around?

A check at narita page indicated that spot is vacated

I find it funny that Airasia says it will start its flight to Tokyo having promo from July 14th, but I can't find any ticket available for August.

I know Japan isn't open to tourist yet but Scoot already started its flight from SG to Tokyo

From the way how air asia does thing just take it with a pinch of salt unless they do it for real (eg make ticket availbility). Rather just go for MH and Big two japanese carrier but the rates flying from Tokyo is not cheap.

Not sure how does scoot pricing was like and if there any decent connection into KUL from SIN.

hard to compare
because most other airlines lands at NRT
AA lands at HND

and if that visa thingy still being delayed...guess AA will delay it as well
