how is the roaming data usage with hotlink for rm50 / 7 days?

used airalo esim before, and the data usage was more than what was displayed in my phone.
caught me by surprise and i have buy new plan abruptly to avoid being cut off

can roaming turn on hotspot as well?
if cannot then i have no choice but to fork out more n get pocket wifi.
turning on hotspot makes my phone hot n drains battery.

hai guys - planning for a 7 days trip to Osaka / Kyoto
can someone recommend a good itinerary
how convenient is the transportation to travel around?
*
my first day i reached in the morning straight go kyoto then play around kyoto station
didnt pack much into first day as flight might delay.
then 1 day at arashiyama and its surroundings
1 day at fushimi inari and its surroundings

then i went to nara for a day trip after that.
if you din do nara then you can put more days in kyoto if you like shrines and heritage stuff to cover everything.

else you can put more days in osaka if you like city and the likes of it.
i did 1 full day at USJ also.

kyoto mode of transport is either city bus or train, whichever faster or more convenient.
city bus masuk belakang then come out from front and tap icoca to pay.

public transport is very convenient in japan

Ya, the first time I went, we used the shuttle bus to go around kawaguchiko, visibility of Mt Fuji is great.

Second time, went cycling but my wife was kinda new to cycling and got scared about cycling by the road with many cars driving by, visibility of the mt Fuji is bad, can’t see anything. However, when we went to Oshino Hakkai in that evening, the cloud cleared up and the view in Oshino Hakkai is great.
*
is it still manageable cycling around kawaguchiko?
do they provide bicycle locks or locks available at each attraction spot at kawaguchiko?
did you cycle to Oshino Hakkai as well?
my initial plan is to get the earliest bus to Oshino Hakkai.
not sure if its possible to cycle to Oshino n back to kawaguchiko station

any1 tried AirAsia or MAS recently for trip to Japan?

Reliable enough?
*
U can use flightaware website n track past history of the plane.
Kul > Kix. Kix > kul often gets delayed by like 3-4 hrs.
Whereas HND > kul rarely gets delayed. If yes, also awhile only.
So far AAX is the best bang for buck for direct route.
Mas price is double of aax for the same route

Thanks. So these areas suggested by you has direct access to narita airport? My flight is 10.20 am back to kl. sorry i am a noob on Tokyo. I have only been to Osaka thrice but not Tokyo. lol laugh.gif
*
I would suggest u to get a hotel that is nearby bus limo service direct to narita airport on your last day.
Imagine u have to be there 3 hrs early.
And heart of tokyo > NRT is around 1 hour.
Which puts you at the peak hour to board train with working class of tokyo.
Its not a pleasant experience for me as i encountered tourists with huge suitcase blocking the way, when im taking train to sensoji temple. Causing inconvenience for others, and trouble for self.

I stayed nearby ginza station last time. I always pick nearby convenient train station, and a konbini nearby for easy restock.
Ginza is more clean n more atas. If u stay at shinjuku, then is rowdy, noisy, dirty at night, but with night life. See wat u desire.
