QUOTE(Spitzer @ Sep 15 2021, 12:14 PM) Exactly the same routine and weight as when i go gym. Squat, Bench, deadlift, row, ohp, facepull, tri-pull down, db bicep curls. A powerack, barbel, some spare plates (200~kg total), a cable pulldown machine, a good adjustable bench, some dumbell set - that’s all i ever need for a full body workout emphasising on health and strength to prepare for future old age. Mad jelly. Otoh, I Just finished 10 sets of 10 burpees, 10 hammer curls, 10 barbell plate squat & 10 barbell plate around the world in under 26 mins. Minimal gains, maximum effort. LOL! But yeah, preparing body for old age, strength training is second to none. I wish I have at least 150kg plates and a squat rack. Squatting something you can push above your head is just more conditioning than actual strength gains.
