can u guys tell me which hero are banned from the game?

there were no heroes banned in the tournament... and the loss is basically due to the drafting... we played badly in the finals... anyway it was a gg... the chinese were great... teamwork was good throughout the whole match... cheers...

That's what im thinking also. Why are most heroes going defensive...

I gt saw the semi final match tat 1.... cyberteam1 vs them.... the opponents playing the ward in front the base by selling out all the item from them....

Overall I think we did great considering the opponents we are up against.

The pressure of not losing to teams that we think are beatable , the euphoria of meeting the players themselves after months of talking only online put aside to face them in the battle for progressing , the inherent fear of pitting some "unbeatable strats" in the opponent's community against our own knowledge of the game and most of all , the weight of the nation behind their backs. All this combined makes more than 1 million reasons to lose every game.

China is a great team. They held their nerve and run basically the same strat all tournament without fear of being countered. However , to win the tournament needs a certain of luck coupled with skills itself. To beat Team Malaysia even with a mistake made in drafting by us is no easy task in itself. We held our own for most parts of the game and even had the chance to win it if China made a couple more mistakes in engagements. Bad for us , they did not.

The fact that we made it this far proves that our Dota scene is ranked among the best around. This itself is not a small feat to be frowned upon. We shown everyone that if we put our minds to something , we can achieve the impossible.

I attend the event. After the competition, I overheard some people at the toilet saying that Malaysia's team focus too much on heroes while China focus on the base.

CT had a very good start but they made a mistake by buying low lvl item while china buy a lot of high lvl item.

Agree on that. Some of the Chinese players just chose to get 3rd level items first.

anyway good try n 2nd in asia i tink good edi one rite?

2nd in asia is not bad. infact its awesome. malaysia hardly reach a stage where people can really recognise us but dota has paved the way. hope this will motivate other games such as cs wc3 melee or maybe starcraft ? in malaysia. well, WE is still among the feared wc3 clan and for sure, they will set up a quite pro dota team to avoid their shame. cmon, they are a fully sponsored team and they will do their best not to lose face at acg. anyway, congrats RoA for proving that malaysians also can excel in gaming.

Never mind at least you guys get "First Blood" first haha~ not bad for keep maintain a 4 kill lead in the early to mid game....The Silencer and BB is too kacau in the late game...Anyway well done and congrat to your second place...
