Just got my Fold 3 a week ago and want verify if the warranty is really until Dec 2023. I tried sms "PC [IMEI No.]" to 62002 but i did not get a reply.
Any other way other than visiting the service centre? Also I can't seem to set up my Samsung Pay like i did with my previous N10. Anyone facing this issue? This post has been edited by buyou12: May 23 2022, 04:13 PM |

Is it worth upgrading from fold 3? I just played with it at Harvery Norman and the hinge has a notch when fully opened. Kind of like locks in place. It doesn't have that noise when I open the hinge of my fold 3 (axis cable replaced and hinged serviced).
Am wondering should I trust fold devices again or just switch back to s23 Ultra. |

Anyone have any issue with 5G access for Maxis? My z fold 3 seems to have problem accessing 5G on Maxis network. Mine is a US set.

Finally pulled the trigger for Fold 5. Now is on launching package wirh inclusive Watch 5. Pick up from publika Samsung store.

My fold 3 after 10 months the inner screen protector then started peeling off. After warranty should just go out side to change it at a much cheaper price.
Ribbon cable also replaced. That's why extended warranty is a must for these device. |

How long does Samsung take from ordering to delivery? Mine still "processing order" since Sat.
I also traded in an old N8 and Instacash, the third party handler has not been able to fix an appointment with me. I hope it doesnt affect my delivery time. |

 Out for delivery at store pick up. But I got a msg for split order as the cover with slim S-Pen cannot arrive on time. If can get by tmrw at the store will be fantastic. |

Using it naked now until the slim s pen case arrives and am loving it.
Admiring the colour as well. Am tempted to just use it like this with protection film put on the back and on the sides. Even better if hinge can put protection film too. |
