I ordered my Ultra Watch on 11 July and it has been in "Preparing Order" with a 26 July delivery date from day one. Maybe because I used the RM1,360 Ssmsung member discount, so not in priority to dispatch out before 26 July for those with discount 😅 😆

If I don't receive it by 27 July, I will call Samsung to cancel the order. Card has been charged but delivery date not fulfilled.

My Fold 6 no issue, received in on 22 July.

Based on what I read on what is not covered, it didn't state dents or chipped (cosmetic damage) not covered.

Say if I use my phone naked and dropped in on the floor and there is a chip or dent on the hinge or side of phone, will Samsung replace that part if I pay the RM499 excess?

If cosmetic damage not covered, then better make sure I crack the screen to get replacement.. hahaha

Both front and inside screen comes with a "protective film" since Fold 2. Samsung members get 3 free vouchers to change 3 protective film. I find the protective film that came with the phone is good enough. If scratched, can replace for free with voucher.

I didn't say screen protector. That's why I said "Protective Film" which to me is good enough to prevent scratches.

My Watch Ultra ordered on 11 July has finally changed to "Awaiting Dispatch". Should receive it tomorrow or latest Monday.

Titanium Grey and KL delivery address.

DHL E-Commerce no delivery on Saturday. So similar to my Fold 6, it will be delivered on Monday.

At 5 pm today, status changed to "Out for Delivery" as it was picked by shipping partner in KL a bit earlier. Let's see if they will deliver tomorrow or Monday. Could be tomorrow as these DHL E-Commerce delivery partners are independent contractors.

Finally received my Watch Ultra today in a nice package.

Pre-ordered on 11 July 2024.

The gmail issue was only a day. Then next day, back to normal.

I am using the Samsung Kindsuit and S Pen cases. I find that both the left side of the front case is very lose because the adhesive cant really stick the "skinny" left side tight.

So I am thinking of just using the back case, without front case.

Oh the Pitaka Fold 6 case only have the back cover. No front.

I see in Shoppee, all Pitaka Fold 6 pre-order.

Yeah, I am now just using the Kindsuit back cover.

But if drop the phone now without front cover, there is possibility that the sides may be scratched or dented depending on which angle hits the ground.

Well, if that happens, I will just drop my Fold 6 again from higher ground to make sure the front screen cracks and then claim Samsung Care+ .... hahahaha

Yes, I have. Basically this email or feedback is handed by a team. So whatever you send to CEO via this channel, you will definitely get a response.

I submitted my application. Not sure if they will approve as my unit was purchased on 1st day of pre-order. I read that this promotion program is for purchases made from 30 July 2024 to Sep 2-24.

Fold 6, 1 Nov 2024 Software Update just released now (2 Dec 2024).

Wonder why late? Samsung Malaysia always release the software update in the same month.

I have had every Fold since Fold 2 including Fold 6 before I switched to Oppo N5 in February 2025.

Thought I could switch back to Fold 7 but unlikely now.

The drawbacks of Fold 7:

- Still 4400 mAh battery
- 25W wired and 15W wireless "fast" charging. Laughable.
- No more S Pen support

The only think I miss about Samsung is the One UI.

Looks like my next upgrade will be Oppo Find N6 next year!
