Not only this, but they also did not process the orders in the sequence the orders were made. I made my preorder on Aug 19, 10:04 am, 4 minutes after they opened the preorder and my order still has not been shipped out till now. Others who preorders later than me already have their orders shipped out last week and received their phones.
I posted some comments on Samsung Malaysia's Facebook page a few days ago to air my dissatisfaction since their customer support was not able to provide any ETA on when my order will be shipped out and they can't provide any explanations on why others who preordered after me got their phones delivered earlier than mine. Not to mention that they still have not sent me my ROI voucher code even after I've escalated it 6 times.
Guess what they did ... They deleted my comment and blocked me from making any new comment on their Facebook page. I noticed that some comments from others airing their dissatisfaction were missing as well, I assume those got deleted by Samsung like mine.
I still have not received my ROI voucher even after escalating 6 times. They just kept repeating that they have escalated it to the voucher team but they are unable to provide any ETA on when they will send me the ROI voucher.
As it's limited to the first 7500 redemptions, I asked if they will provide any compensation if I missed out on the redemption due to their delay and they straight away said "No compensation!"
EDIT:Just noticed that the DHL tracking has been updated as "Picked up" around 10 minutes ago. I'm not sure if they really picked it up at 10:49 pm or it's a delay from DHL end to update the tracking status. Hope this means it will be delivered tomorrow:

Sorry .. sad to hear that. Yes... they should process follow sequence. I cant accept this as well. really disappointed especially you booked at 10:04am.
Someone in facebook said ROI rm300 fully redeemed. not sure true or not.
