I called again today after seeing my order status is STILL at processing. It's been one month - it boggles me how slow they are. Kept bothering them to give at the very least tracking number and they keep saying "we will expedite". For sure can't get this weekend already then the fella said "no no we also have deliveries on saturday and sunday" Check my order after the call and it remains unchanged 

So i had to wait until then? Haih

Call eshop Cs, only mention already request DHL delivery order after i provide them the order id...

Anyone else received email from Samsung saying their order is completed? I checked my order on website and it said that it has been delivered. WTH I haven't got the phone yet...

Wanted to trade in Flip for Flip 3 but could not get RM2325.

Able to get RM2140 from Instacash for Flip 8/256 and $
RM200 instant rebate from Samsung. Checked with CS, final trade in amount will deduct RM200.

Which means it is just RM2140 instead of RM2325.

Confusing

A colleague of mine pre-ordered from the Samsung website. Similar to some of you guys, he didn’t get the phone on the 22nd, but at the same time, he didn't bother to call the CS to follow up.

This morning the status on the Samsung website shows as “dispatched” but the DHL website shows as pending pickup. So, in this case, should he trust the status on Samsung website or the one from DHL?

I didn't called too, but got the status changed yesterday somehow. Probably because lot of us have already called and complaint lol

But I see most of us who have that issue already got their status changed already, so if you haven't probably can check with them.

Finally wearing clothes, now I feel safe. 😅

Anybody here uses wireless charging constantly?

I've been topping off my flip when I'm taking a shower or having lunch and it feels quite hot afterwards. So my question

1. Does this cause long term damage on the device?

2. Does the type of cases used has any effect? Currently considering a mil std case in the future, but having doubts becauase of the heat from wireless charging.

I bought watch 4 on 20th and still processing.

Further mini user report.

1) The battery seems to be better after more than a week of use. The first few days was really bad, 0700am 100%, By 2pm left 35%. That is with normal use. Now by 2pm, at least have 50% of juice left. So charge your phone whenever you can if you're a heavy user. I have 4 wireless chargers at home, so I just leave it on the wireless charger whenever I'm at home.
2) Camera is not as bad as the Youtubers claim la. Takes good pictures. Only need to get used to the cover screen way of taking selfies.
3) After a week I've forgotten , or immuned to the crease. You just forget that its there.
4) The fingerprint reader on the power button is really perfect as nowadays we're always wearing a face mask outdoor, so it helps on instant unlocking of the phone. Unlike my other iPhone 12 Pro which I always have to key in the pass code when wearing a mask.

@latte36 Sorry I went there to just to pick up the Leather case. I did ask about the additional Care+ for another year and they said they are also unsure as the instructions to them was if any customer wants to extend the service then the 1st year free Care+ is void and need to pay about 1K for the 2 years service in which the second year get 40%. Which I felt was puzzling and if true is very wrong business sense. There was no black and white thus I did not pursue that conversation.

OMG OMG! My lucky day today. Got 3 of my dream items damnnnnnn. Not sure which to unbox later.
