Samsung corp is too big to fail. They are arrogant because of that. I moved away from Apple because of similar reasons. They didn't honor my warranty claims and they voided my warranty right after.
Contacted the Singapore CEO. Made a fuss. Scolded every CA that called me. In the end, nothing also. My 12 mini has been sitting in my drawer collecting dust.
