I also turned on the Protect Battery function... 8am to 8pm from 85% to 20% sounds about right... if you turn off the Protect Battery function, you probably still have 30%

But generally  i always charge my phone whenever i see a charger...but it has to be Ugreen brand or samsung ones alongside with good cables...

i also set battery protection and it charged till 84%.
usually start from 635am, when 4pm, usually left around 30%, when 7pm, usually left ~15%.
i only did some messaging, websurf, fb, no gaming. 60% screen time.
fyi, i didnt on the battery save feature.
bt on, on wifi 60% of the time, auto brightness, adaptive refresh, dual sim.

i did realized if used single sim, the batt will last a little more.
so if i play battle prime for couple rounds, it will depleted by 6pm / 7pm.

so basically, it somehow able to last a total 12 hrs from the time i unplug it.
*i always bring wireless powerbank with me, for emergency issue

Walked into The Gardens service center, they took my phone to the back and the moment they plugged it into their tester, the inner screen started to flicker and white/green horizontal lines appeared on the right side of the inner screen.

They quickly agreed/confirmed its a manufacturing defect. Have left phone the with them, may be a replacement, may be a repair, either one. 3 to 5 working days, so I'll have to go back to my old Note 9 awhile.

When you shared the story, I know 90% sure samsung service will honor the warranty. Among so many phone service center in MY, people said Samsung is the best.

Although I dont have good experience with them, I know they are still better than others. That's why I feel comfortable to own samsung.

Today my fold dropped from my lap down to the tar road. I dont understand how can it gets scratched and dented at the area of where the case should have protected it. Haish...

Guys. Just wondering, how do you guys normally use your Fold series phone? I always see YouTuber demos and ads showing apps opened side by side. I wonder how practical is that/ how often people really need that. Probably I'm not the targeted user but I'm always wondering how useful a foldable is.

For me, using the S22 Ultra vs the Z Fold, hands down the Z fold is easier to handle and hold. lol

I'm currently using Samsung's slim standing case but it doesn't protect the hinge and it barely protects the camera with its slightly raised bump, plus it's very slippery.

Guys, i just bought the fold 3 brand new from sunway emall cause they got huge discount. got my phone on april 29 & yesterday i realize my innder screen bottom shows crease as per the image. anyone face such problem or can i claim from samsung malaysia?

i dropped something ontop my inner screen, and i have 3-4 dead pixels now with punctured screen protector.

Just got back my Fold 4.

To my surprise, SC also change the frame (FOC)   . I did ask the HQ Staff if I want to change the frame, how much does it cost. He said cannot change just the frame. If change then need to change the whole phone. I know the frame is new because there is plastic stick to the frame just like when I newly got the phone.

On the repair,  according to the technician, below items changed:
1. Motherboard
2. The inner screen
3. the two internal batteries

Camera not change as the error is caused by camera software   

He said about 90% of the phone changed. Now I got a almost NEW Fold 4.

Btw, for anyone want to send in their phone for service / repair, remember to turn on Maintenance Mode. By doing so your data most likely will be preserved. After you got back your phone then turn off Maintenance Mode.

I did that and now all my programs and data are still in place. No need to reinstall program again.
