Nice info, appreciated!

Thinking wanna use body wrap kind of protector, anyone have experience?

Dbrand seems legit.. but almost zero protection especially on drops. At most just scratch protection

Went to molest Fold&Flip 7.. the hinge for fold seems more "china like", feels less steady and will snap open or close much earlier in the fold. Where previous folds including 6, can virtually fold and stay put at almost all angles except the most extreme. China folds had this slim and thin hinge for quite some time. I guess it's the price to pay for this new slim hinge type. What u guys think ?

thanks for sharing.. for green line or any damage within 1 yr after purchase covered by warranty?  i will chnge the phone once a year, i guess 3yr samsung care not necessary if the original warranty is good for screen damage  icon_idea.gif

Others can correct me, but I think Care+ mainly for accidental damage. Sure green line should be covered for samsung 1 year warranty. Not due to drops etc.. even got evidence of drop(might not cause green line) they can choose not to honor the standard warranty.

Hi. Wanna ask. I owned previous fold devices. But I have since sold them and now no longer have any fold. I’ve logged in Samsung Members app during the ownership.

Will I still be eligible for the free 3 year care +?

If not mistaken, need to register for it on your old fold device first, when you get your new fold sign in with the same Samsung account, then only can get the 3yr Care+.

We have a case here... T&C wasn't posted until yesterday!

Also now, if you want to buy Care+, they offer only 2 years... really WTF

Update

Look at the screenshot... we missed the opportunity to purchase 3 Years Care+ due to this campaign...

Bought and applied this Spigen TG.

Lepas applied used it for 2 days giving me headache, so had to remove it.

Got another piece left, anyone wants it can PM me.

And if anyone have any suggestion for Anti Blue Ray SP can suggest here. I normally use the Nillkin one but sometimes the size may not be case friendly to the Fold case. For iphones etc, it's OK

Curious, why would it give you headaches ?

I use Nilkin super frosted shield (the one which can hold the spen in the hinge protection, or can also be just hinge protection). I get magsafe and also added a Baseus magsafe kickstand/popup.

Benefit is you can just take away the kickstand if you don't need it, and pop it on when you want it.

Won't recommend this. Dropped once and hinge patah terus. Phone is fine though.. but case unusable already.

Sounds like it did its job. You prefer the phone damage and hinge fine?

The energy from the drop must go somewhere. Same logic as crumple zones for car, the car which easily kemek is mostly safer than the car which 'strong' and not damaged (but occupant takes the kinetic energy).
*
Yup.. but i had similar drops on my spigen cases before with fold 4, hinge(case) held up well.
