1. EPP or EDU purchase will not be entitled of the complimentary 3 years care+
2. No need to add care+ before you checkout from Samsung store.
3. Need to make sure you registered for 3 years complimentary package on your existing Z device (ensure same account being used).
4. Click redeem now button when you received your Fold 7, but there's no guarantee that you will get it, "first come first serve basis".. pffftt, there final screenshot i cant tahan i directly flame Samsung

2. The EPP discount is given through the EPP (Corporate Employee Purchase Program) store, which depends on if your employer / company got partner with Samsung for this.
3. Time to use samsung points collected  I guess

As mentioned by the other members, just go to your "Member" app and register.

You need to login and redeem with the same Samsung account once you activate your Fold 7 in order to qualify free 3Y Care+ program.

It's a nice little retention program from the existing Z users.

That Welcome to Samsung 10% discount can't use on Z phones. I tried it won't apply.

I am curious about the AIA epp purchase as well currently still waiting for the damn RM180 code, if u ordered ady can u ask the customer support whether a purchase under epp is entitled to 3 year care+? Tq

Huh. Somehow my expanded order status on the Samsung Store seems to have gained a separate entry for a Fold7... with the status of awaiting dispatch. Though there's no IMEI assigned yet, so IDK what's going on lol.

Maybe it's just that they already generated the consignment number for DHL or something? I spy a tracking URL that's present in the JSON response that's set to be hidden for now.

Dunno the display on the site seems like a bug lol.

Mine changed to awaiting dispatch also. But to see the  consignment ID, only deliver to SES will see it. right? What about those deliver to home address?
