hmm, dilemma here. i wanted to sell off my ps2 and get a ps3 but i still wanna continue to play my ps2 games. my ps2 game collection are mix of region 1 (FF12, FF7:DoC) and region 2 (FFX, FFX-2).

i know keeping my ps2 will solve the problem but my parents probably will get mad if i got 2 consoles at home.

and btw, singapore/hk set ps3 plays ps2 games from what region?

do remember that the ps2 games are region locked. ie US version of ps2 game wont work in SG/HK set.

and if usb hub/external card reader works fine, screw 80gb...

40gb is ftw (and get a 120gb hdd)

another hard fact:

ps3 only plays original, same region ps2 games

and more shops are out of 60gb. as it already stop producing. good luck finding it.

80gb last i check is about 1800.

if 40gb 1500 i add 300 buy a new hdd can upgrade to 160gb leh.

and summore 100w less power means if u tend to left it overnight for f@h, download, etc etc then it save ur utility bill in long run...
