Good if you are using MRT everyday
Nothing attraction nearby, just agama school, international school, Kampung house, mosque.
Pay toll

so far i see is quite experienced main con, also main con of lbs project - Mercu Jalil, Bintang, BSP 21, ak project at desa tun razak - Tasikmas & Hamstead, other done development like verve suites, one south, riyang, infinity residence.

If traffic not high maybe... 😅
Peak hour maybe quite susah.

Stay at low floor maybe a good choice.
Can't wait still can use fire staircase. And if touch wood all lifts not functioning, you will suddenly feel very lucky for stay at low floor.

For those bought corner unit, where are you planning to install Aircon compressor? Have to sacrifice balcony and yard ?

Think can only hang outside of the wall.
Like those L support you can see at old condo or flat.

Maximum could be 3 aircon needed, if got partition out another room like in the picture.

Hi, for your information, type A is considered as mampu milik unit, which have lower price per sqft compared to normal market price for condo at that area, and specially for 1st house buyer who never have property in Selangor. There are still units available, you need go through application in LPSH, after approval you may choose unit and apply loan, whole process take around 2 to 3 months time. All the process will be carry out by agent and developer staff, what purchaser need to do is submit documents and wait to choose unit.
