Just went to check this out.
2 rooms at 400k, 3 rooms at 500k. But surrounding is really nothing and beside sekolah agama. Worth buy? At 550+ per sqft, not really. |

Went to check out the showroom today and on site.
An old thread in 2017 said 4 years completion. Today, the agent says 4 years completion. How many 4 years do we have in a lifetime? I dunno, may be its for real this time. Checked the site out, nothing there yet. Still considering should buy or not.... |

any update on this project?
i went to the showroom ..almost all their 500sqf has been marked...when i asked if the managed to sell all of them, they said it's been booked by the developer? it's p&c laa.. why lor developer want to book? |
