Good job ts. I wonder...why was he released previously, parang wor... imagine he whacks passer by using a parang. Is he really mental? Or he knows he can get away with it?.. what if he gets whacked? I imagine he only whacks those that he feels he can intimidate

The way he murmur and scold, this one confirm schizo issue. I didn't get everything on video, but even I don't think he's sane. I followed him quite a distance and observe his behaviour, and he dropped his loot one by one while cursing away.I would like to believe it was a sane person so I can put him away in jail for long time, but even my gut feeling and observation tells me he's a looney. |
