I have very bad experience with the Maxis services. Their poor customer service and slow response just drive me nuts!! I have reported the problem with Maxis for 3-4 weeks and they just take sweet time to get back to me. Until now the problem still yet resolved. Every time ask them to call me back to give me a status and they
always try to conveniently forgotten until I need to call them back!! Ask to arrange technician to come over weekend due to work during week day but their technician always fully occupied. I wonder what is their SLA for customer and why their customer hotline always difficult to get through. Horrible telco!!
