I feel it's always a pity to do a Sky Facilities floor but without a true, open air space. You're already building the facilities at the top, might as well go all the way and open a portion of it so that it can be a true Sky facilities where residents get to enjoy the view from the top.

Damn, I wonder what they did to convince so many people to invest in this property. The drive to Rosewoodz is really terrible...whole area seems very messy.

MCO time the package is really good. 70% furnished below 700K for the smaller 950 sq ft unit.
771 sq ft 2R is worth to buy last time with the price.

The cabinet and wood flooring given by Exsim the color not nice this round. Design also cincai cincai only.
The toilet tiles also meh
