This is due to the previous authorised region license holder (the representative) has breached the contract by setting up new yogurt shops using the patented ingredients and yogurt making technology of Yomie’s Rice X Yogurt. We hereby to remind all the region representatives to be extra cautious as we have received threats from the particular representative. We have sought legal advise pertaining to this matter. All Yomie’s outlet in Penang and Johor will be taking over by the newly appointed authorised representative meanwhile business will be carried on as usual for the rest of the outlets.
