Stop dreaming and keep working out consistently with more protein intake for growth.

Even if certain food group will increase your testosterone also will be like too little to be making any noticeable gain.

yeah... just eat normally... on high protein foods...

the trick to boost testosterone is to workout more on your LEG! including squats

and just go do testosterone check at medical lab... and if yours are within the normal range... then no need worry

Stop masturbation, eat a healthy diet that consists of all minerals and vitamins. Do exercise like weightlifting to boost hormone productions. Have a good rest and sleep.

Healthy food with moderate good carbs + protein for the amino acid and healthy fats for the cholesterol (testosterone made from cholesterol).
Cut junks foods and sugary stuff.

shellfish such as oysters are thought to be good; tuna too.
however, may i know why you wanna boost your T?
T will make u make rash decision, over-confident, over-sexualized to the point of being a sex-pest and get into more fights.
Why dont you just improve your manliness? talk with composure, talk little, talk with considered-facts. hope u realize now that a lot of it involve how you communicate; get more girls this way, bro

testosterone assist with muscle building process, higher nitrogen retention leads to positive environment for muscle to repair and build on the blocks of amino acid (breakdown of protein)

To boost T, gotta take healthy fats too, as cholesterol is part of hormone production

well, sorry to assume
you will only be prescribed T by a responsible Endocrinologist if you display biochemical and functional evidence of primary hypogonadism ie testicular failure or hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism ie when your pituitary doesnt give out enough signals to kick off your testicles to work. if its merely lacking muscle bulk, they will not and should not supply you with it; too much issues with T supplementation, you will need life-long follow up. americans use it for andropause etc but they ran into a whole lotta issues with coronaries after, with high haemoglobin and all sort of stuff.

highly doubt you can achieve high level of boost with natural stuff. but try a high protein diet 1gram of protein per 1lb of your weight
. No need to extract this and extract that waste of money.

Since nobody has talked about it, zinc is actually one of the crucial elements to increase your T level that is often neglected. Besides, masturbation has nothing to do with your T level as your T level will be raised back to the initial level after a period. Leg workouts, e.g. deadlift, help with raising T level effectively as your leg muscles are the biggest muscles of human bodies, so it's the most effective way to increase T level. Losing body fats help contribute too as it lowers the release of oestrogen which is the counterpart of testosterone that will inhibit the secretion of testosterone, muscle growth, etc. Rich sources of zinc include red meat and seafood but not limited to them.

Once again i want to tell you guys those just insignificant to see difference.

I took Zinc, deadlift heavy, squat heavy, eat mushroom, etc but really not much of difference.

Just eat well, work hard, sleep well and be consistent. That's all.

To be frank, you don't see a major difference because your T level is already normal from the beginning...As for people that have low T level due to their sedentary lifestyle, the difference will be significant. Besides, taking supplements is really not recommended as you don't get the undiscovered nutrients from an actual meal. Cheers.

If you're zinc deficient, then correcting your zinc levels have been shown to also increase test levels. Same thing with vitamin D.

Test boosters tend to only increase test in people who have low test(See zinc and ZMA).

Eat enough calories with the proper training stimulus and you'll make strength gains.
