If you are looking for staying ok but for investment not worth it. Less people looking to rent here there is no nearest company @ office hub, college, foreigners etc seriously will take a long long time for ROI. I'm staying at kundang almost 10 years and it's suitable for family places. Pergi kerja balik kerja chill :-)

Something about this town. To me it’s rawang not much activity going on less community places, flocked with oversupply of houses. For own stay is all right if u want bigger sized house but that’s the only selling point. generally young ppl will not like rawang. Rawang is well connected infrastrucutally but it still fail. Why?" :-) |

All depend on own preferences and purposes "most bought in kundang lived near there or moved from inner city for more space. Hence, is a sleepy town to outsiders" :-) |

Raining everyday.. it's not September yet.. construction delays
Covid19 coming again lockdown no thanks to Covid19.. sometimes thinking should i proceed with this house :-) just follow the flow don't think to much :-) government loan dpt kunci baru start bayar.. so sweet :-) |
