Come on, we believe everyone on this platform is discussing for a big decision like ‘buying a house’. We are not complaining but stating facts on real situations. As long as no harm and negative words, everyone should give opinions freely. 😊 i also believe the developer needs this platform too in promoting their projects. Right?

I went to the sales gallery yesterday but the masterplan for this project still blurry. Maybe the developer is yet to launch the project. I like the idea of 3-storey but is a NO for me because there is no bathroom at the 3rd floor. If they put bathroom at the 3rd floor, sure it will be selling out fast.
Scientex is quite a big developer, but their recent project in Durian Tunggal, melaka received a lot of complaints due to defect. Hope they can improve the quality in kundang jaya. I'm looking for their 2-storey house but not available anymore. Anybody here succeeded with bank loan? which bank is offering great interest rate?

Yes, Freshii is scheduled to be opened in GG very soon - along with Mr.DIY, 7-eleven, Tealive, KFC
There were banners all over the place for these openings last year but got delayed no thanks to Covid19.

Petron is soon to be constructed as well near the GG U-turn right after you exit the interchange from the highway

Mine approved for rhb and pbb

My loan application for RHB has been approved just waiting for PBB in order to do comparison on interest rates yeahh alhamdulillah.

Still thinking whether to proceed. PBB interest is the best but only offered me 80%. With RHB their interest rate is higher, but cover up to 90% loan.

Waiting remaining bank to approve, previously Hong Leong was their panel banker but no more dy right? Was informed because EF yet to approve, same as when I contacted CIMB.

Can anyone tell me if this is a good sign or bad sign? And yea agreed the staff very slow to response.

Ambank still proceed for the loan but the rhb give average interest and I think it is good to proceed. No regret after all. Hehe

Azalea Homes is (was) a good buy actually.. as of now I could see the cheapest that is being sold is at RM500k, really a very good buy.. since it's freehold and 22x70

Only problem is all the units are subsale and no more developer units, so you have to fork out the 10% depo + misc fees..

I also noticed that the old Taman Kundang Jaya already have Unifi fibre.. Azalea is slated to get it somewhere by Sept 2020... Not sure if Scientex planning to install fibre one shot
