Sekarang ni musim hujan is good time to check about flood issue to all buyer / interested buyer boleh dtg melawat / intip2 tapak project di kundang jaya spent times this is ur house! We are not very busy and too rich to ignore all of this. Datang tgk sediri if ada air bertakung barang-barang tenggelam hanyut tanah runtuh or else immediately CANCEL your application. Still got times decision on your. No hurt feelings. :-)

All of this kekurangan that the reason scientex selling on this price + discount. It is not easy the get people interested to buy at this area because there is nothing.. u ONLY get house for now. Seriously if u have better price better location then go for it no need to digging to much about kundang jaya because you already know the answers :-)

Scientex is quite a big developer, but their recent project in Durian Tunggal, melaka received a lot of complaints due to defect. Hope they can improve the quality in kundang jaya. I'm looking for their 2-storey house but not available anymore. Anybody here succeeded with bank loan? which bank is offering great interest rate?

Now I'm processing loan with 3 banks, CIMB PBB n RHB still on going worried Bank can't give 90% loan. The final interest also dunno yet just estimation, if can't get 90% loan say goodbye to scientex kundang jaya :-)

How about gg project? Anyone knows It is have petrol station, ATM machines, mamak, mini mart and hardwares etc. Same area with us can use also in future :-)

Hurry up place ur bet now! :-) but nowadays very hard to get approval loan up to 90% due Covid19 soon on later Bank looking for BLR increase and effected to the swasta buyers monthly repayment should be increased. They are start to calculating from now either your income enough to cover or not in future :-)

It's yours 1st house or 2nd/3rd :-)
Even though interest nowadays is lower but they a taking into conservatively way of giving loan when market recovered in future, interest will rise up back. Yep no more HLB only 4 left. Frankly speaking if not because of their price i definitely looking for others project. :-)

Just grab whatever is the best. Nowadays xleh nk memilih sgt if cannot buy/decide now in future lg sukaR :-) tiada istilah rumah makin murah just ade rumah yg murah drpd rumah lain yg sgt mahal :-)
