Hey property guru,
Quick question, if tenant not paying for 2 months d.. and then not replying to my calls or text message.. what action can i take ? this is a seviced apartment. I've blocked the access card btw..   I really want to tell the tenant to move out and i just return back the deposit but the tenant dunwan to pick up my call or text message    |
