Just want to share a personal experience. bought a deal before mco that cost about RM13 to 14.

the restaurant has a few branch but the one i can go to is closed. was not happy, emailed them, so they refund the money back to me instead. quite fast. somewhat efficient customer service from fave.

Hi, Favepay partners who offer x% discount on next visit, does the 'next' visit needs to be on other day or could it be on the same day such as spliting transaction? Tq

Which merchant accept big points as payment also?

Same day also can as long as next txn

can be 1 minute later also. so the thing about splitting transaction is the 2nd transaction will also earn cashback for another visit in the 3rd round lo.

actually all merchants and deals also can if i remember correctly. upon scanning the qr code, you still need to confirm payment. there used to be a sliding green button if you want to use your bigpoints and reduce the final cash payment.

anyway, point is moot since no longer applicable.

Thanks. Any idea the cash back is given by fave or the merchant? Scare the merchant angry of me as I intend to split transaction in order to make use of the cash back on same day 😌

I suspect the cost is borne by merchant la.

actually some merchant not allow de. some allow u to split ur 1 transaction into 2, to fully utilize the cashback. so is depend on merchant though.

I dont use favepay if i know i wont come back in 3 months. Sometimes i use favepay not for the cashback. Because i can use amex to swipe on weekend.

but that is the point to go back to support the merchant right. especially when times are difficult like these, i think the cashback makes sense to give us a reason to come back. i'd rather not ask to split bill just to save a few extra RM but risk getting awkward stares from people; being kiam also must have limit one ma. if the merchant you really not going to come back because its far or not convenient to go, then just use normal ewallet payment lo.

fave is struggling.... very few ppl using favepay nowadays. favepay participating merchants also reduce. favedeals also not much offering

Doesn't matter to the owners as they have already sold it off for millions
