ecashback is too useless to me.
I don't buy deals from Fave nor dining at those "certain" restuarants.

Fave to me is just for small little purchase like having a grande size of black coffee or bubble tea.

what about buy petrol? brows.gif

So Favepay is giving out more cash now. If you spend a minimum of RM20 you use FavePay at any merchants, you will get RM5 Fave cash back. This RM5 can accumulate and be used to purchased any fave deals.

Example useful fave deals will be shell petrol voucher if you dont have better things to buy.

cashback will expire 30 Sep though.

hmm, no more already i thought? brows.gif

Is triple dip for people using cc best for ewallets top up like PBQM PBVS

Reload rm100 into grabpay - 6% CB from cc
Use rm100 - 3x points worth 1.88%

Use cc with favepay earns 6% cashback only but get favepay merchant CB.

Now is cc CB + grabpoints + Favepay CB

Amex only get you cc CB and favepay CB
*

I dont get you. The whole point is more ways to use grabpay with many cards out there giving cb for online/ewallet top up.

What's the diff with Amex then? Mind to enlighten your concern?
*
well my argument no longer valid anymore since yesterday, and i agreed with u starting yesterday evening. because alliance bank have revamp their card yesterday. 8x pt biggrin.gif

so now alliance to grab to fave is the best!!!!!

cheers! thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

The September month was GOLDEN for Favepay.

I've accumulated >rm100 cashback from ePenjana (2x cashback and the rm5 cashback). This is in addition to the merchant specific cashback (5-15%).

Would be lovely if such campaign returns as penjana continues 😁
*
so little? i saw them spam ecards. 1 person is limited but can ask other gift u the card. example u spend RM63.20 x 40 to buy RM100 x 40 voucher for iPhone 12.

I just had a look at the Alliance Bank cards. Alliance Bank Visa Platinum/Infinite Card right? 8x TBP? Just had a look at their rewards catalogue and I must say, TBP doesn't look too compelling though, if I'm honest. Main benefit seems to be that there is no cap on the points earn? Am I missing something?
*
if u going to change voucher, no much value. for air miles, it is great! 6000 TBP = 1000 miles.

I saw. But.. Enrich Miles are not great.. Are there some good value Enrich Miles redemptions that I'm not aware of? The redemptions now are all fixed rate of conversion which makes their program subpar compared to the competition.

If it was 6000TBP = 1000 Asia Miles or 1000 KrisFlyer Miles, then yes I would agree - that's actually fantastic.
*
problem is in m2p, change to enrich / kf / am all is same. 5,000 TP to 1,000 EM. if going sydney airticket is RM1,900 (fare exclude tax), then the miles is 56,000 EM.

56000 / 1000 x 6000 / 8 = spending RM42,000. meaning spending RM42k land u RM1.9k. 4.5% cashback.

while m2p, u need to spend RM56k. 1.9/56 = 3.4% cashback

Ah ok, then this maths makes sense if you're comparing conversions to EM specifically on M2P vs TBP.

However, what should really be considered is, how many points do you need for the equivalent redemption on Asia Miles/KrisFlyer? The other consideration is - how much is the cash fare at the time you intend to pay? When MAS fares are cheap, EM is relatively more attractive, because you'd need more equivalent miles in AM/KF to redeem the same equivalent fare.
*
to get 1000 EM, u need to spend RM750 (using alliance visa) 56k EM to Sydney

to get 1000 AM/KF, u need to spend RM1,000 (using m2p somemore require that u spent amex or MUVI if MU win) 56k KF or 50k AM

so for EM/KF, the miles is identical. AM though is lesser however their tax is higher.

this is from other forummer in m2p

I tot here shown 40k EM for one way to London or 25k to Sydney
*
yalo, urs link more updated. this 1 compile b4 by a kind forummer. in this is the case, EM even more "cheaper" in term of miles redemption. lower conversion rate and lower airfare redemption.

Thanks. Any idea the cash back is given by fave or the merchant? Scare the merchant angry of me as I intend to split transaction in order to make use of the cash back on same day 😌
*
actually some merchant not allow de. some allow u to split ur 1 transaction into 2, to fully utilize the cashback. so is depend on merchant though.
